Conversion of three existing buildings into a specialized business ecosystem with workspaces, a creative hub, an auditorium and fitness facilities. It also includes a feasibility study for elevated roads at +9.00 m aligned with bridges over the Marafy Canal.

Comparative base cost estimates at RIBA Stage 0 for two renovation options, plus a technical, functional and financial comparison of two elevated-road alternatives, with cost per linear meter and the additional parking capacity each would provide.
