Our job is not only to deliver tender documents and an early budget estimate. We give clients full civil technical assistance and handle every pre-tender procedure up to contract award and signature.
That discipline makes sure the tender documents, including the construction design drawings, contain everything needed to deliver the project as designed, as the client requires, and within the estimated budget.
After award, JS Engineering Management provides post-contract services to make sure contractors respect the triple constraint at the core of every project: time, money and scope. We balance these three every day to keep the plan on track and deliver on time, on budget and to specification.
We have since expanded into tender pricing and construction management, with the same sharp focus on full compliance from tender stage through to project completion.
