Project features

Assessment and refurbishment of an existing mixed-use tower: parking basement, retail at ground floor and mezzanine, and six office floors. The works include façade replacement, remedial works, fit-out and MEP upgrades.

Condition assessment through site surveys and defect identification, verification of as-built areas, and preliminary cost plans for three design levels, with elemental breakdowns, benchmarking and risk allowances.
