Project features

An iconic, modular data center on a 40,000 m² plot near King Hamad Highway. It hosts Tier IV and Tier III PODs for cloud, colocation and cable-landing services, with an attached multi-storey office building and utility yards. It is designed for a lifespan of more than 25 years around modularity, scalability, efficiency and security.

Our mission

Design & Build tender documents: Scope of Works, Detailed Design Criteria for Structure & Architecture, Technical Specifications, and the Price Schedule with Preamble & Method of Measurement. Also the Base Cost Estimate and assistance with all contractual tender documents.
