Project features

Three buildings connected through an atrium. The atrium creates a microclimate: the building height produces a chimney effect that extracts hot air at the top and draws in fresh air, helped by planting and water beds that regulate the temperature. A separate technical building holds the pump room, water tanks and MEP areas.

Our mission

Design & Build tender documents (General Requirements, Civil & Architectural Specifications, Design Criteria, and the Price Schedule with Preamble & Method of Measurement), plus contractual document assistance, the tender Q&A, technical & financial evaluation, and post-contract Engineering Project Management.
